Connect Tomodachi Relaunch
The connect Tomodachi Community has had little engagement since the 2020 Olympics held in July 2021. In May 2022, I was commissioned to relaunch the community but had no access to existing social media platforms; we had to start from scratch with new social media accounts, branding, and new stakeholders.
I started with the email address of 355 email addresses on May 23rd. Using hashtags and content alone, we reached 2,392 with 104 engagements and a 34.24% open rate on an email campaign
